2 – We will respond within 48h with time slots for our first videocall, our Bank details and your Contract

3 – The videocall is about getting to know you and you getting to know us! We will answer any queries you may have and go through your day as we make notes of your requirements. You talk, we listen!

4 – Then on, you will have our number for any further communication

5 – A confirmation email will be sent one week before your day for your peace of mind
